Kingdom Group is looking for an experienced CRM Manager to take ownership of our Group-wide HubSpot platform and drive the next stage of our CRM journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation with over 11,500 colleagues, where you'll play a key role in improving user adoption, driving automation, enhancing data quality and delivering meaningful business insight.

You'll be the go-to expert for CRM across the Group, ensuring HubSpot is fully optimised, aligned to business processes and delivering maximum value across multiple divisions.

What You'll Be Doing

As CRM Manager, you will:

  • Own and optimise the Group HubSpot platform
  • Drive CRM best practice, governance and user adoption
  • Develop workflows and automation that improve efficiency
  • Create impactful dashboards, reports and management insight
  • Lead CRM training and onboarding for new users
  • Manage integrations with third-party platforms
  • Ensure CRM data remains accurate, compliant and reliable
  • Support lead generation, marketing activity and business growth
  • Champion smarter ways of working across the Group

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing CRM platforms
  • HubSpot experience highly desirable
  • Experience of workflow automation and reporting
  • Experience supporting marketing and lead generation activity
  • Understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements
