Sunday to Wednesday

• Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
• Monday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
• Tuesday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
• Wednesday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm

Vacancy 2: 24 Hours Per Week

Thursday to Saturday

• Thursday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
• Friday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
• Saturday: 10:00am - 6:00pm

Pay Rate

£12.71 per hour

About the Role

As a Retail Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, colleagues, and visitors while delivering excellent customer service.

Your duties will include:

• Providing a visible security presence within the store.
• Conducting regular site patrols and surveillance.
• Monitoring and reporting incidents.
• Completing Incident Reports and Daily Occurrence Book (DOB) entries.
• Preventing theft, loss, and anti-social behaviour.
• Responding to incidents professionally and effectively.
• Supporting store management and staff.
• Building positive relationships with customers and tenants.
• Resolving issues and conflict in a calm and professional manner.
• Ensuring all security procedures are followed.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
• Your own reliable transport.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A professional approach with strong observational skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and sound judgement.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A full five-year checkable employment history.
• Previous retail security experience is desirable but not essential.
