An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Kingdom Cleaning as a Part Time Cleaner, working at an factory site in Motherwell, ML1 area

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented cleaner to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards across our factory.

The ideal candidate will contribute to a safe and organized working environment by ensuring all areas are cleaned thoroughly and consistently.

We're looking to get the right person in ASAP!

Hours: On average 10 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Monday to Friday 06:00am - 08:00am. 

Salary: £12.21 per hour.

Responsibilities: 

Below is not an exhaustive list and any other reasonable and fair role relevant tasks may be added:

  • The Cleaner will be responsible for the cleaning of all areas within the contract.
  • Achieving high standards, you will ensure the service is operated safely and hygienically.
  • Perform daily cleaning of factory floors, machinery, and equipment, adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum production and common areas, including offices, break rooms, and restrooms.
  • Empty bins, remove waste, and sort recyclables as required.
  • Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, including door handles, switches, and communal areas.
  • Operate industrial cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, where necessary.
  • Manage deep cleaning tasks for specific areas or machinery as scheduled.
  • Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and report when restocking is needed.
  • Comply with health and safety standards, ensuring the proper use of chemicals and protective gear.
  • Respond promptly to emergency spills or cleaning requests from the team or management.
