Kingdom Group are a key partner to River Island, and we have a great opportunity for an Enhanced Retail Security Officer to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Security Officer looking to develop their career.

Where: River Island Greenhithe 

When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP

Hours: On average up ro 60 hours per week available

To cover Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday between hours of 11:00- 22:00

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• This is a physical role requiring the applicant to conduct patrols and to work operating the Weighbridge.
• Protect the sites property and employees against loss or damage.
• Reception duties ensuring that only authorised persons are granted site access.
• Controlling access and egress of vehicles in accordance with Site Instructions (SI’s).
• Operating the Weighbridge as per Local Operating Procedures (LOP’s).
• Patrolling by foot as directed by the SI’s.
• Monitoring CCTV and reacting in accordance with LOP’s, SI’s and ICO guidelines.
• Undertaking other duties as required, these may be outside your normal duties but will be required to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the business.
• Must project a confident and helpful image at all times.
• To report to the Client and Kingdom, matters regarding Health and Safety.

About you:

• A valid DS SIA Licence
• Have the ability to manage conflict in a balanced and professional manner
• A full five-year checkable employment history
• Own Transport may be required
