The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Business Support Administrator to support our Fleet, Travel and wider Business Support functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle allocation, compliance checks and fleet records
- Support travel bookings including hotels, flights, ferries and trains
- Maintain accurate records and data across fleet and travel systems
- Process invoices and costs
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers
- Ensure compliance with Kingdom processes and statutory requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an admin or support role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- UK driving licence (preferred)
- Right to work in the UK
