Location: Garage - Oxford Street - W1C area.

If you hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence, have excellent customer service skills, and are looking for a permanent role with a reputable security provider, we'd love to hear from you.

Vacancies Available:

Vacancy 1: 44 Hours per week

4 on 4 off shift pattern, Monday - Sunday

Monday - Friday 10:00am - 9:00pm
Saturdays - 09:00am - 9:00pm
Sundays - 11:00am - 6:00pm

Vacancy 2: 19 Hours per week

Saturday & Sunday

Saturdays 09:00am - 09:00pm
Sundays 11:00am - 06:00am

Pay Rate

£13.35 per hour

About the Role

As a Retail Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, colleagues, and visitors while delivering excellent customer service.

Your duties will include:

• Providing a visible security presence within the store.
• Conducting regular site patrols and surveillance.
• Monitoring and reporting incidents.
• Completing Incident Reports and Daily Occurrence Book (DOB) entries.
• Preventing theft, loss, and anti-social behaviour.
• Responding to incidents professionally and effectively.
• Supporting store management and staff.
• Building positive relationships with customers and visitors.
• Resolving issues and conflict in a calm and professional manner.
• Ensuring all security procedures are followed.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
• 2 Years experience in a Retail Security role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A professional approach with strong observational skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and sound judgement.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A full five-year checkable employment history.
