Working Supervisor (Part-Time Permanent)
Location: CCCG Enfield
Pay: £14.94 per hour / Monthly Pay
Hours: Monday - Friday, 05:30 - 09:30 (Average 20 hours per week)
Requirement: Enhanced DBS essential
About the Role
Kingdom Cleaning has an exciting opportunity for a Working Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at CCCG Enfield.
This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will lead by example, carrying out cleaning duties alongside supervising a small team to ensure the college premises are maintained to the highest standards. You will play a key role in delivering a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out general cleaning duties across the college premises
- Supervising and supporting cleaning staff during shifts
- Allocating daily tasks and ensuring completion to a high standard
- Conducting quality checks and addressing any issues promptly
- Training and supporting team members on cleaning procedures and health & safety
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting stock requirements
- Reporting maintenance issues and cleaning equipment faults
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with site policies and procedures
- Maintaining accurate records where required
- Liaising professionally with site management and colleagues
What We're Looking For
- Previous cleaning supervisory experience preferred
- Experience within educational, commercial, or public sector environments desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
- Reliable, professional, and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
