About the Role:
Kingdom Group Ltd seeks an experienced security sales professional to drive growth across the Midlands. This field-based role focuses on winning and developing front-line security contracts, including manned guarding, mobile patrols, and integrated security solutions for commercial and public-sector clients.
You’ll deliver substantial new business revenue through strategic, high-value contracts, working closely with operational teams to ensure smooth mobilisation, retention, and long-term profitability. This role suits someone who understands security sales realities — including contract mobilisation, TUPE, margin control, and service delivery risk — and can convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- High-Value Security Sales: Secure new business and grow accounts with £5M+ revenue targets, focusing on medium-to-large contracts
- Client Leadership: Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, delivering service-led solutions that maximise retention
- Market Intelligence: Monitor trends, competitors, and opportunities to strengthen Kingdom’s position
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute plans aligned with growth objectives
- Lead & Inspire: Coach and motivate sales and operational teams to exceed targets
- Performance Management: Own KPIs, pipeline, and results
- Culture & Collaboration: Promote high-performance, professional culture
- Risk & Succession Management: Address client challenges and build sustainable pipelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in selling manned guarding, mobile patrols, or integrated security services to B2B/public-sector clients
- Strong understanding of contract mobilisation, TUPE, service delivery, and margin management
- Confident senior-level negotiator with directors, estates teams, and procurement
- Results-driven with a focus on multi-million-pound revenue targets
- Strong presenter, influencer, and relationship builder
- Commercially and strategically minded, with ability to identify opportunities and manage risk
- Technically competent with CRM, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Compliance-focused and process-driven
