An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Kingdom Cleaning as a Cleaning Supervisor at our client’s modern corporate offices and training complex, situated on Ramsden Dock.
You’ll lead a team of 5 across a 4-building campus, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness in offices, kitchens, canteens, toilets, and meeting rooms. This is a hands-on role where your leadership and attention to detail will make a real difference.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cleaning Service Supervisor to oversee our cleaning staff and ensure high standards of cleanliness across our facilities. The ideal candidate will manage staff schedules, conduct training, perform quality inspections, and maintain inventory to support efficient and effective cleaning operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Cleaning Staff: Oversee the daily activities of cleaning personnel, assigning tasks and ensuring that cleaning duties are performed to the highest standards.
- Training and Development: Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to assess cleaning quality and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient cleaning operations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.
- Customer Interaction: Address any customer complaints or issues regarding cleanliness, ensuring prompt resolution to maintain satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, and incident reports, providing regular updates to management
Qualifications and Skills:
- Keen attention to detail to maintain consistent cleaning standards.
- Strong organizational skills for managing staff, schedules, and supplies.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, management, and clients.
- Experience in supervising cleaning staff preferred.
