SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Location: City of London
Salary: £63,000 per annum

About the Role
Kingdom Group is looking for a confident and experienced Senior Account Manager to oversee key client contracts within a high-profile portfolio in the City of London.

This is a pivotal role focused on operational excellence, contract performance, and client satisfaction. You will lead teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure consistently high service standards across all areas of responsibility.


Key Responsibilities
• Managing contract performance and driving service improvements
• Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Monitoring service delivery through reporting and Management Information (MI)
• Leading client meetings, reviews, and performance discussions
• Driving contract retention and identifying growth opportunities
• Ensuring full visibility of contract processes and performance
• Supporting innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement


Team Leadership
• Recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
• Setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews
• Managing staffing levels, structures, and budgets
• Creating a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Handling employee relations, performance issues, and development planning


What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years’ experience in a senior account management role
• Proven experience managing large, complex client accounts
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
