Location: Syngenta, Bracknell, RG42 6EY
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Average 35 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 13:30
Transport: Own transport required
Contract: Permanent Position

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team at Syngenta, Bracknell. This is a full-time position working morning shifts, ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

You will play a vital role in ensuring the site remains clean, safe, and welcoming for employees, visitors, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning kitchens and staff welfare facilities
• Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
• Cleaning laboratory areas in line with site procedures
• Hoovering and vacuuming floors
• Sweeping and mopping designated areas
• Dusting and wiping down surfaces
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

• Reliable with strong timekeeping skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• Comfortable working in laboratory and office environments
• Own transport is required due to the location of the site
