About the Role
Looking for a role where you can be out in the community and make a real difference?

Kingdom is recruiting Environmental Enforcement Officers in Harrow to help tackle environmental crime and keep local areas clean, safe, and compliant. This is a varied, field-based role where no two days are the same.

You’ll be on the frontline – engaging with the public, enforcing legislation, and supporting the local authority to improve community standards.


What You’ll Be Doing
• Patrolling local areas to identify environmental offences
• Enforcing regulations on littering, fly-tipping, and waste management
• Issuing Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) where appropriate
• Investigating incidents and responding to public reports
• Engaging with businesses, residents, and stakeholders
• Carrying out follow-up visits to ensure compliance
• Collecting evidence and preparing reports for potential prosecutions
• Supporting wider community safety initiatives


What We’re Looking For
• Confident communicator with strong people skills
• Professional and calm under pressure
• Ability to handle challenging situations
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Flexible approach, including evening working
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Previous enforcement, security, or customer-facing experience (desirable)
