ENVIRONMENTAL ENFORCEMENT OFFICER

Location: Skegness – PE25 area
Pay: £13.45 per hour / Weekly Pay
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: 8-hour shifts between 07:00–22:00 (Monday to Sunday, rotational weekends)
Requirement: Full UK manual driving licence

Kingdom Local Authority Support is recruiting Environmental Enforcement Officers in Skegness to help tackle environmental crime and improve public spaces.

This is a varied, field-based role where you’ll be out in the community, engaging with the public, enforcing regulations, and helping to keep the area clean, safe, and welcoming.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Patrolling local areas to identify environmental offences
• Enforcing regulations relating to littering, fly-tipping, graffiti, and waste management
• Issuing Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) and carrying out follow-up visits
• Investigating incidents and gathering evidence
• Responding to complaints from the public
• Preparing case files and supporting legal proceedings where required
• Using surveillance equipment where necessary
• Educating residents and businesses to promote compliance

• Confident communicator with strong people skills
• Professional and calm in challenging situations
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Flexible approach to shifts, including weekends
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Willingness to complete training and development
• Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
• Previous enforcement, security, or customer-facing experience (desirable)
