About the Role

As Compliance & Data Protection Manager, you will lead the delivery of compliance excellence across Kingdom, ensuring the organisation remains compliant, audit-ready and operationally resilient.

You'll take ownership of a broad and varied portfolio including:

  • Corporate Governance
  • Compliance Assurance
  • Data Protection & GDPR
  • Risk Management
  • Health & Safety Compliance
  • ESG & Sustainability Reporting
  • Quality Management Systems
  • ISO & Industry Accreditations
  • Internal & External Audits
  • Regulatory Compliance

You'll work closely with senior leaders across the business, providing expert guidance, managing risk proactively and ensuring compliance remains a strategic enabler of organisational success.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead Compliance Excellence Across the Group

  • Drive the development and delivery of Kingdom's compliance strategy.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Compliance Centre.
  • Embed a culture of accountability, governance and continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert advice and assurance to business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Monitor emerging legislation, regulatory changes and industry developments.

Champion Data Protection & Information Governance

  • Lead and maintain Group-wide GDPR compliance.
  • Act as the organisation's subject matter expert for data protection.
  • Manage SARs, DPIAs, data breaches, complaints and investigations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
  • Promote a culture of privacy, accountability and best practice.

Strengthen Risk, Health & Safety & Business Assurance

  • Drive risk management initiatives and compliance assurance activities.
  • Lead incident investigations and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Ensure robust controls, governance frameworks and compliance registers are maintained.
  • Support organisational resilience through proactive risk mitigation strategies.

Own Audits, Accreditations & Quality Systems

  • Lead external audits, inspections and accreditation renewals.
  • Maintain ISO standards, Quality Management Systems and industry certifications.
  • Manage corrective and preventative

Advance ESG & Sustainability Objectives

  • Support ESG reporting and sustainability initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance reporting platforms and performance metrics.
  • Help drive environmental, social and governance excellence across the business.

Develop People & Build Capability

  • Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team.
  • Establish clear objectives, KPIs and accountability measures.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture aligned to Kingdom's CARE Values.
  • Support learning, development and professional growth across the team.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a confident and commercially aware compliance leader who combines technical expertise with strong leadership capability.

Essential Experience

 Proven experience within Compliance, Governance, Risk or Data Protection leadership roles

 Strong track record of delivering compliance frameworks and governance programmes

 Experience leading and developing high-performing teams

 Demonstrable experience managing audits, accreditations and quality management systems

 Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and legislative interpretation

 Experience conducting investigations, assurance reviews and risk management activities
