About the Role
Kingdom Group is seeking an exceptional Relationship Director – Security to operate at a senior national level, working directly with the Group Board to shape strategy, influence decisions, and deliver real commercial impact.
This is a high-profile leadership role where you will drive client success, lead at scale, and play a key role in transforming and growing a major service-led organisation.
Your Mission
You will be the driving force behind client success—building powerful relationships and unlocking growth across major contracts.
Key Responsibilities
• Owning and developing strategic account relationships to maximise retention and growth
• Driving innovation, efficiency, and smarter service delivery
• Turning around underperforming or at-risk contracts
• Delivering commercially impactful, customer-focused solutions
• Acting as a visible brand ambassador across the industry
• Leading and inspiring Regional Service Directors
• Driving accountability, KPIs, and performance excellence
• Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and compliance

Experience Required
• Senior leadership experience in security or service-led organisations
• Background in roles such as Relationship Director, Account Director, or Operations Director
• Proven success in driving performance, growth, and transformation
• Strong communicator, influencer, and presenter
• Full UK Driving Licence
